Chaudhary Ji is truly one of the most inspiring personalities of our time. Chaudhary Ji was born on 04/02/1976 in Nagaur (Rajasthan). His father Mukna Ram and mother Ratni Devi are Philanthropic, religious minded and spiritual. He followed the path showed him by his parents “No one’s better than you, sharwan, but you’re better than nobody.” is one of the saying of his parents which guided his life goals.

He did his graduation from Rajasthan University. He started working as a delivery executive in Prakash Airfreight to support his routine expenditure. From there he learned key points about the logistics industry which is the most important component of his business. He believes 'fortune favors the brave'. He always wanted to adopt and learn new things and spent his initial days learning how the logistics industry works. He actively participated in Team management and leadership programs of Landmark. He strongly believed that only hard work, a practical approach, and an inborn sense of business can make him a successful businessman. After crossing many hurdles, he started SM Express in 1996. Chaudhary Ji not only followed his dream but also trained his brother Mr. Shivkaran to lead organisation. As he always said “MY PEOPLE ARE MY STRENGTH AND MY POSSIBILITY”

Spend a few hours with him and one would realize so many of his great deeds that will never be talked about. What People quickly admire about him is his resilience, born of too much struggle; his empathy, born of too much grief. He’s a man who learned early on to treat every person he meets with respect and dignity.

He held various roles and positions in the Lions Club of Heritage Galaxy and former secretary of Bombay Courier Association.

In a very understated way, he tried to change the face of his village Akora. From abject poverty to meeting the necessities of life. From dependence to freedom. From backwardness to progress and from despair to hope. For Chaudhary Ji, these projects gave him a humble sense of happiness, a way of living his values, and, above all, playing a leadership role even as a respectable, caring, corporate citizen.

The Philosophy of Chaudhary Ji is “Give to the world the best you can, and the best will come back to you automatically” has virtually been a proverbial come true by the fact that today, SM Express is a name that stands synonymous not only for quality services but also for its contributions towards the welfare of society and upliftment of the needy.

After the untimely demise of Chaudhary Ji, Mrs. Seema put herself in his shoes and lead SM with the same vision, enthusiasm, and values as framed by Chaudhary Ji. Mrs. Seema took over as Chairman and MD of SM in 2019.

She is also a homemaker, the mother of three children, and the matriarch of the SM family. As Chairman, Mrs. Seema has taken SM to an altogether higher growth trajectory with her sheer determination and inclination to be part of important business decisions. She has developed a subtle understanding of the Courier business in a short span of time and comes across as a very focused Chairman who clearly drives for making an impact, speaks her mind, while at the same time she understands the need to drive the business as well.

When not occupied with work, she loves to read and listen to spiritual and religious texts and she is a big believer of mystic poet and saint Kabir Dasji. Though timid, her personality is sure to turn heads around.

From being a grassroots field staff to Managing Director Shivkaran Chaudhary has been associated with SM since its inception. With over two decades of experience in the logistics industry, he has the right combination of knowledge, leadership and business acumen to propel SM to new heights of growth and diversification. Under his leadership, SM established franchises facilities across PAN India. He continues to lead the blue print of vision as framed by his brother Chaudhary Ji.

He is a passionate believer of the 'People-First' philosophy, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and empowerment. He is a lifelong optimist who believes that no mountain is too high to climb, every obstacle has a solution attached to it and even the most far-reaching dreams can be realized with imagination, creativity and resilience.

Shivkaran is trained by our founder Chaudhary Ji and he holds a Master’s Degree from MDU Ajmer. He completed Team Management and Leadership Program of Landmark. He remains actively involved in philanthropy and community work through the Lions club of Mumbai Statesmen.

He is a leader who relishes challenges. His multiple roles in logistics industries and geographies have helped him to develop what he calls his ‘stairway to a global mindset’, which challenges us to think fast and think new. He is well networked in the corporate world and Industry Forum.

Mr. Suresh Chaudhary is a creative and business-savvy Senior Executive with over a decades of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Finance management, General Management with P&L accountability.

Professional with the vision and leadership insights to strategically plan, direct and control company operations to capitalize on emerging business opportunities in different and diverse cultures.

Mr. Trilok Chaudhary, a young chartered accountant he is associated with SM in various roles. He did his MBA in marketing from Guru Nanak Institute of management studies. He started his career at middle management level in logistics industry and from there traversed through various roles like Marketing, Sales, Branding and international sales management and finally landed into providing independent consultancy, first small and then large and finally managing Delivery and Relationship of the whole organization. His goal is Enabling People and Organisation to achieve Success with Certainty! Specialised in P & L Management, Strategy Execution, Client Management, Operation Management, international sales management, Delivery Management, People Management and Quality Management. His motto is " Success for Certainty".

Mr. Naushad Chandiwala is associated with SM since 2016. Commerce Graduate with Masters In Computer Software and Marketing Management. He has 27 years of experience in Information Technology / Courier & Logistic Industry managing Pan India Business & Business Operations. A visionary leader with strong analytical and communication skills, good business understanding & specialist in Franchisee Development. A team worker with collaborative approach and a good trainer.

Mr. Rakesh Inaniya an entrepreneur, joined SM in 2018 as Branch Incharge, is now heading Sales in South Region owning and exceeding annual sales targets. He is good at developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base with his strong and long-lasting customer relationship.
